Every piece of feedback you share goes directly to our team and is used to improve generation quality, fix bugs, and prioritize new features. WorldEngen is actively evolving, and your input is one of the most valuable signals we have.

• Improves AI quality — thumbs down on a bad generation helps us identify failure patterns and retrain models

• Fixes bugs faster — a short note about what went wrong helps us reproduce and fix issues in days, not weeks

Per-Generation Feedback (Thumbs Up / Down)

At the bottom of every AI response, you'll find two feedback buttons:

• Thumbs Up — the response, action, or output was helpful
• Thumbs Down — incorrect, off-topic, unexpected action, or poor output

How It Works

• Thumbs Up: Click to mark a response as good. Click again to deselect. No dialog — just one click.
• Thumbs Down: Opens a feedback dialog where you can add details before submitting.

The Feedback Dialog (Thumbs Down)

When you click thumbs down, a small form appears with:

1. Comment (optional but recommended) — describe what went wrong
2. Expected Action dropdown — select what you expected WorldEngen to do, such as:
   • Image generation, Image edit, Image restyle
   • 3D model from image, 3D model from text
   • Add/remove/replace object in scene
   • Style guide, Video generation, Image kit
   • Send to Blender/Unity/Unreal
   • And more

Click Submit to send. Your feedback is paired with the exact prompt and response so our team can see the full context.

What Makes Good Feedback

A thumbs down click alone is useful, but a short note makes it 10x more actionable:

• What you expected instead
• What file or action failed
• What was incorrect about the output

Example: "I asked to replace the sword with a staff but it changed the character's pose too"

App-Level Feedback (Overall Experience)

After you've used WorldEngen for a while, a notification will slide in asking "How's your experience?" — this is your chance to rate the app overall.

When It Appears

The prompt shows up after you've sent a few messages or used the app for about 15 minutes. If you dismiss it, it will check back once or twice more with longer intervals, then stop asking.

What You'll Rate

The feedback modal asks for:

1. Overall Rating (1–5 stars) — from "Terrible" to "Amazing"
2. Ease of Use (1–5 scale) — from "Very Difficult" to "Very Easy"
3. Comments (optional) — tell us what you enjoy, what could be better, or anything else

Click Submit Feedback and you're done. The modal won't appear again after you've submitted.
